Larry StemermanLarry Stemerman,CEO

Larry is an accomplished fashion executive with 35 years of experience developing innovative product lines, fashion business models and new brands. He began his fashion career in upstate New York in 1969 with Tommy Hilfiger as his business partner. With the vision of an entrepreneur, uncommon skill at sourcing and, a knack for trendy merchandise, Larry built a chain of fashion denim stores with Tommy called People’s Place. In the 1980’s, he launched Sorrel, turning it into a multifaceted line with $50 million in sales. In the 1990’s he was executive vice president of Crystal Textile of Hong Kong opening two divisions in the USA, a wholesale brand division and a private label division in Dallas, which today is more than $40 million in sales. Larry was president of Sweetface Fashions which he co-founded with Jennifer Lopez and Andy Hilfiger. Their brand -- JLo -- became the first successful celebrity fashion brand and was extended into fragrance, with the highly successful “Glow” fragrance from Coty, as well as into accessories and licensing. Larry is an alumnus Cornell.


Jennifer WalkerJennifer Walker, COO & CFO

Jennifer runs the insides of TailorByrd, in charge of operations and finance. She was previously a founder and CFO of Snap, an Austin, Texas-based startup that used online channels to liquidate high-value private collections and excess commercial inventories. She was formerly with FTI Consulting, the largest restructuring advisory practice in the U.S., and spent 13 years with Bankers Trust and JP Morgan in leveraged finance, restructurings and asset based lending in both New York and London. Jen graduated from Middlebury College and holds an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business.
