Return Policy

Full-Price Merchandise:

  • The full amount of your merchandise will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 60 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.
  • The current selling price will be credited if returned after 60 days and accompanied by the original invoice.

Sale-Price Merchandise:

  • The full amount of the merchandise purchased will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.
  • After 30 days , sale product is not eligible for return or credit.

Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. Please insure your return shipment and/or obtain a tracking number for your return. TailorByrd cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. All returns MUST be sent to the following address for proper credit:

Kindly enclose your original packing slip with your return and let us know if you'd like to exchange for a different size, color or receive a credit to your original method of payment.
